Awesome, Mike! I'd love to read it at some point. And the doors at The Loft are always open for a live reading. As for mine, we'll see what happens tomorrow (I've still got 24.5 hours).

NICE. i apologize for any and all trash i have talked.
thanks, y'allz. i've already got more people than i intended that are reading over the first draft for opinions and editing, but once i get to work on the next one (and it actually becomes readable), i'll hook it up over here for you guys.
also, is anyone else finding themselves hitting ctrl+s all the friggin' time now on anything they type? because i definitely just saved this page to my desktop...

Im going to miss Nano horribly. But luckily my blog will be updated regularly again and Christmas is almost here and I've got some mad Advent Calender madness happening.
I'm also going to miss this thread. It sucks. It was like a miniature Nano community.

Congrats Suzanne!!
So my final November count is around 16,000 (14,880 in Microsoft Word, and another 1500 or so in my little notepad). I got majorly sidetracked with opening our venue that I totally blew about two weeks. I think my story would have only been about 35,000 words once completed anyway, but I'm going to keep going with it and hopefully finish it within the next two weeks.
