Sorry for the absense but life has been pretty insane! I'm trying desperately at the moment to get the Pulp Faction 24 hour challenge happening - only 'cause nobody else is. Apparantly that's not good enough for some people but I digress! Anyway - some motivated people would help get things rolling so if you are up for another 24 hour comic session (online) then go to forums.pulpfaction.net and sign up to at least spur us on! I will point out it's the same weekend as Lowemannzeit, but I missed Comikaze last year for the first time since I started, and I won't be missing it again this year!
And it's not like those Lowemannzeiters post here anymore anyway...

And I would like to do something for 24 comics, just not sure what yet or in what capacity. I've hit a wall comics wise. Actually I need to do some comic art for the superheroine in my new show.

So I signed up for the challenge and I'm a little confused about the three word thing as I've read two sections that could be interpreted differently:
If I start at 11am, do I only need to use the three "11am" words within the 24 pages, or do I need to incorporate the three words for every hour from 11am for the full 24 hours (meaning 36 words total)? I really really hope it's the first.
I was also wondering about the time zone difference; can I take the 11am Sydney time words to start at 9am here in Perth?

It's the first, and it's 9am Perth time (though you can start any time on Saturday, that's just when they post the words)
Luke - they have an 8 page category, but I suspect you will be busy anyway.

Coolio, I was hoping that was the way the rules worked. If I had to try to cram each word in on each hours of work, I think I would have passed.
Is there a group anywhere in Perth that gets together for this? Granted, I'm thinking it may just be easier to work from home since I have internet and all that already.

What? You're not nude too? What's wrong with you man!
The reason we post up hourly words is so you can start at any time. so if you start at 5pm for example, you use the 5pm words. You would then need to be finished by 5pm the following day.

My place is over 100 years old and drafty as hell. It's usually coder in here then it is outside... I'm too scared to sit around nude here.
So, we going to keep this thread updated as we go along to see how people are going? Maybe some AIM action or something? I know I'll be fine during the day, but the 2-7am window kinda unnerves me when going alone. I can't help but think that I'm gonna pas out on my keyboard.
