Knights of the Wrong Table - weekly comic

Knights of the Wrong Table is a weekly comic that I help out with. It's an idea that my brother-in-law, Marty, came up with a few years ago, and we finally launched it. My role in the comic is a little bit of writing and adding the text into each strip. Marty draws it and writes as well. My brother George and friend Brandon also write.

The basic premise is that King Arthur has a group of incompetent knights. Each has a special characteristic. Sir Smokes-A-Lot smokes a lot. Sir Stares-A-Lot stares a lot, etc// Each week we introduce a new knight, and eventually we'll revisit old ones.

We have some fun ideas for these characters. Marty started a miniseries called the Party which follows 4 characters through a small adventure. Marty is working on a full pen and paper RPG book too. I had a card game idea. And our video game group would liek to eventually make a text adventure game. My favorite expansion is thsi one though: We wanted to get solid white busts of the characters made through Shapeways.com. I just want them for myself, if anything.

Thanks! I love that one too. Marty really surprised us with the dragons in that one. Actually he surprises us whenever he steps out of his normal element. This upcoming weeks comic shocked us too. Can't wait to post it.

I've drawn comics every night so far this week and it feels so good to get back into it. We will be comics machines.

We've been pretty good but it's tough. Some weeks we're finishing last minute, other weeks Marty will get on a roll and draw 5 pages. Luckily we work while we're at our game studio for Pixel Lincoln. It's easier to focus and force yourself to get stuff done.

If we're going to be comic machines, I'll give it a shot too. I've had an idea forever, just need to figure out how to do it.
