November is not a long month, people! I hope you're on top of your christmas shopping.
This week for me is all about Nano. I am behind. Woefully. Plus I have felt extremely unhealthy this week so when I'm not writing I will be trying to go for a walk and avoid horrible food choices. And practicing bass as much as I can. I figure these are all worthy goals.

I hope to stay on top of Nanowrimo this week. I also have to start rehearsing with my band for our November 28th show, and work more on finishing our arts venue. There's so much work to be done, but we're going forward with screening a double feature on Thursday night. It's going to be Reptilicus, a Danish American Godzilla knock off, and A*P*E, a Korean-American King Kong knock off, with Joanna Kerns of Growing Pains. It's going to be a busy week once again.

I thought I'd do a bunch of drawing tonight, but then I tore a quarter of one of my finger-nails off on my drawing hand.
It made drawing a little awkward.

The Soular System is playing a festival in central Florida this weekend. Friday night, actually. There are some decent names on the bill with us, but no one I'm really excited to see. So, I hope to kick some serious hippie ass from behind my microphone this weekend.

I'm still working hard on our arts venue. We picked up a ton of curtain this weekend for the film room and the stage. We also secured 30 old vaudeville theater seats. They're wood and metal, and a little small, but they look amazing. Our film room is going to be really cool.
I've also been working on pixel lincoln and writing a few words here and there for nano. I really need to catch up!

We had a huge week of getting ready for the Made on the Left Market, and Jess' exhibition which opens Wednesday.
This weekend was a whooole lot of screen-printing.
And, of course, my usual daily comics.

Managed to get a steamy sex-scene panel nailed for the ongoing Owen comic - I'm hoping to ramp this up to a page a week at least next week.
