So I guess you're digging the whole Wii-motion then.
I thought the minigames took place while you were speeding along? Like, having to try to knock a football into the net with your racer while speeding around and stuff. Regardless, I haven't seen any indication of a release date. IGN has nothing, nor does Nintendo's site. And it's a bit too pricey at the moment to think about buying form Play-Asia.

I am.
And I dunno, I am not excited about it and haven't done a lot of research.

Holy crap man, that is some craziness right there! Why didn't they just do that for Pikmin though? That would have made a lot more sense to me.
They also could have done a Mario Sports title with Tennis and Golf on it.

Yeah, that would have been good. Perhaps it just hadn't occurred to them before now, or maybe the NPC releases aren't selling all that well?
I hope the latter isn't the case - I've bought two of them so far and am incredibly happy with them and intend to buy all of the rest of them when they come out.

Pikmin 2 s calling me. Especially at a rice of $44. I loved the heck out of that game on the GC, so playing it now with pointer control would be awesome.
I just had to quit an online match of Mario Kart as a douchebaggery of a cheater decided to spend the first minute of the race sitting behind me and hitting me with red shell after red shell so I couldn't move. Then he decided he'd had enough and tore o the rest of the track to come in second. fucking cheaters pissing me off. I have half a mind to add the cheat in my Wii so I can retaliate when I have to.

Pikmin 2 is on sale at Target today and tomorrow for $39.95, which is an even better "rice."

That is fantastic news, I only ever got to play the first one back in the day, but I played the heck out of the other LucasArts games... ah, back when that logo meant happiness was about to unfold.
I just got some old GameCube games in the mail today, Pac-Man Vs., Giftpia and Kururin Squash. Good times ahead I am sure!

Agreed. I got giddy watching the Mario Galaxy 2 trailer. The Metroid, well, I'm a little reserved on that one at the moment, but I'l see what happens.
Sin & Punishment was a good game (I know it was available on the VC, I don't know if it still is). It was very much an arcade game, kinda like a shooter similar to House of the Dead and so forth. Your paths are predetermined, but you can react with your sword and your gun, and you can dodge stuff coming, then when the enemies are cleared it moves you forward again. Cool scenarios as well.
No Pikmin 3 is kinda weird. I was expecting that. Also heard word about a new Wii Zelda for 2010. That came from a roundtable thing after the presentation.
As for DSi, I only heard about the new Mario Vs. DK (I never did play the one for the DS, but the one on the GBA was bloody fantastic), and it comes out on June 8th via the DS Store. How crazy is that?

Wow, the trailer for Sin & Punishment 2 looks great! Nintendo glossed over a few games you can see on their site: e3.nintendo.com/Including Endless Ocean 2 which I am excited about!

I picked up Disaster: Day of Crisis this week as JB has it on sale for $50 (and, oddly enough, just last week I was in a game store with my wife and said to her that if someone were to lower the price to $50 that I'd buy it, what are the chances?). Good fun so far. The graphics aren't the best, but it's such a wide collection of play modes that they incorporate that it makes for a constant change of pace. Plus, the awesome b-movieness of it is making it quite a bit of fun.
Also, Mario Tennis is down to $29 bucks, and Mario Kart is down to $79 at JB for the week. Not bad prices at all.
