Its a busy week coming up. Whats on the cards? Whats going to get accomplished? Hows it going to pan out for you?
This will be another Nano week for me. I'm currently a tiny bit ahead but all it takes is missing one day to make that workload suck. So I'm fighting hard to keep my head above water and churn on through. Though week two is always supposedly the hardest.
Elsewhere its week 6 out of a 8 week term at school so things are getting a cruisy holiday feel. We'll crank out the christmas tree soon and things will get festive. Good times ahead.

I am finishing a spectacularly bland, unexciting website that I volunteered to do months ago. I will also be working on a group blog project that has been stalled for far too long. I'm also working on my costume for this NYE bit of awesome. I'm thinking steampunk sailor, though I've only worked out the dress in my head (standard sail girl in darker, tea-stained colours) and what I really need are ACCESSORIES. Steampunk is all about accessories. So if you have any idea what a young girl working the decks of a ship in Steamy Victoriana would wear/use/have, let me know!

for starters, you're going to need yourself some of these: but these are too nice and clean or properly working. Heres a link to some photos of steampunk gear that you may be able to glean off of: www.flickr.com/groups/steampunkgear/pool/

Heh - Phil Foglio does some very cool stuff - including the artwork for one of my personal fave card games - www.sjgames.com/spanc/My aim is to get that damn Owen page off my drawing board after being there for more than 3 months now. A certain expansion to a certain addictive-like-crack online game is going to make that hard however...

Didn't know you were a Warcrafter, Troy. A big group of us, many from here spent about three months on warcraft/skype earlier this year. I got my level seventy even.
Suzanne and I beta tested Lich King so we are in no immediate hurry. Plus, I refuse to be unemployed and playing Warcraft. It would be a death sentence.
Must... create... instead!

Whooo, WoW, yay!
Anyway....
I spent a few weeks reading it from the start, but I never quite made it up to present-day posting. It was pretty awesome though. I have a short attention span.
People have no taste in website design.
The End.

Well, this week I have a production meeting for the short play I'm directing, so I have to prepare some things for that. Also I want to draw some more cartoons for the blog. That doesn't sound like much really. Uh... I'm going to make some sandwiches? What! That's creative.
Oh, and the novel I wrote earlier this year. I really must edit it in to shape so I can send it in to publishers for rejection. Its character building I'm told.

Most of the stuff sold already, they did really well! Jess has an Etsy shop: www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5011088A bunch of new stuff will go up in the not too distant future too, and any left over stuff from the show will probably turn up there too.
